1. Bylaws/Constitution: It shall be the duty of this committee to review and recommend updates to the Clubs bylaws and constitution.
2. Discount: It shall be the duty of this committee to identify, secure and maintain a list of merchants who offer discounts to Camera Club members.
3. Exhibits: It shall be the duty of this committee to make arrangements and be responsible for Club exhibits.
4. Field Trips: It shall be the duty of this committee to arrange, announce and take charge of all Club field trips, related outings or special projects including finding a lead for each field trip.
5. Fundraising: It shall be the duty of this committee to investigate and organize fundraising activities for the Club. The committee shall implement at least two fundraising events annually.
6. Historian: It shall be the duty of this committee to maintain historical Club records and publications, and awards given to the Club.
7. Hospitality: It shall be the duty of this committee to procure, prepare and serve refreshments at regular Club meetings and special events.
8. Membership: It shall be the duty of this committee recruit new members for the Club, welcome new members, and assure that all members are aware of Club activities and procedures.
9. Nominating: It shall be the duty of this committee to nominate candidates for office, and to make its report to the membership at the April Color Slide meeting. This duty will be performed on a biannual basis.
10. Programs: It shall be the duty of this committee to work with the VP of Programs/Education to identify and secure speakers and judges for monthly print/projected image/education meetings.
*11. Publications: It shall be the duty of this committee to publish the newsletter and other publications helpful to the on going programs of the Club. (Della Hoke-Uvick is the editor of The Ground Glass.)
*12. Publicity: It shall be the duty of this committee to publicize, through newspaper and other publicity media, the purposes and programs of the Club.
13. Web Site: It shall be the duty of this committee to maintain the Club web site.
